Stress management is working well
under pressure and it also helps the person to know his/her reaction, what
stresses them and to think of a way of how to overcome his /her stress.
There are three skills that are found in stress management which are
Flexible is regulating the feelings, opinions, and performance of an individual it is also when a person accepts other people’s situation. Being flexible allows the person to adapt new qualifications.
Flexibility helps the individual to modify his own performance, behavior and to overcome the unexpected problems.
After this lesson I realized that I faced a problem before which was being miss understood by others but all what I was thinking of was that to stay flexible and how to remain quiet and I’ve noticed that I was doing the right thing because I didn’t want others to get upset from the reaction they might see from me.
Stress tolerance is how well a person can work under pressure. It is also being patient.
There are many different ways to reduce the stress by taking responsibility, avoiding dangers and to learn how to be better in communication this will help the person to speak frequently.
If the person couldn’t deal or manage the stress he will be facing many problems such as stomach problems, trouble concentrating, feel depressed, will have headaches and many other health problems
Optimism is the positive attitude a person has and that will help the person to have good and many health benefits. It is also the ability of looking at the brighter side of life or a situation.
There are some ways a person can become optimistic. He/she can be with confident people, be realistic, and accept any difficulty that will face an individual. The person also can motivate themselves by a smile and positive ideas. You can be optimistic by counting the wonderful things you have such as your family to support you.
I am an optimistic person because I’m surrounded with a lovely family and best friends in the world who I consider them as sisters not only friends. I think that I’m the luckiest person in the world. Nobody have a perfect life but a person should stay strong and face any problem. So I recommend each and every person to be optimistic and stay positive, if the person is not optimistic and negative they might face many health problems that will affect him/her.
